The effect of unprocessed emotions can be stored anywhere - in the body, in a home, or in the land itself. Whether it’s the emotional energy of an unmet need from childhood, the violence of an assault which still lives on in the four walls of a building, or the horrors of war, we can be affected by trauma that we didn’t directly witness through the generational line. 

 

Because we are affected by the energy of our ancestors, as well as the energy of our dwelling space or the land we inhabit, we may react to certain situations in surprising ways. There may be certain situations that cause us to overreact, and we don't know why. A specific location makes us feel uncomfortable for no reason. Irrational fears come out of nowhere. Certain relationships trigger us more than they should.

 

There comes a time when everyone involved in a situation, living or passed, is ready to release the stuck energy and heal the bond. That's where I come in. One that transmutes fear, inherited limitation and separation, into ancestral wisdom, love and connection. Inspiration and guidance can come from our own ancestors, the ancestors of the collective, the quantum field, myth and legend, nature or even the cosmos.
